Clinton D. Allen, 70, of Columbia, W.Va., formerly of Parkersburg, passed away Aug. 5, 2009, at the Pleasant Valley Hospital in Pt. Pleasant, W.Va.
He was born in Wood County, W.Va., the son of the late Holly and Vera Hathaway Allen.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Vernon Dale Allen.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Rev. Philip Prunty officiating. Interment will be in the Sturm Cemetery in Calhoun County, W.Va.
