James Roy Bratcher of Ash Flat died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, at his home. He was 66 years old.
He was born July 22, 1944, at Senath, Mo., to the late Wilmer and Ester Verene Shaver Bratcher.
He was married Oct. 20, 1974, at Williford to Mairlyn Scott; she preceded him in death.
He was a retired cook and an avid Dale Earnhardt Sr. fan.
Mr. Bratcher is survived by his daughter, Crystal Dawn Bratcher of Cherokee Village; and two grandchildren, Ruby Bratcher and Jonathan Baxter.
Graveside services were held in Agnos Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Marvin Huddle, Joe Allen Johnson, Nobel Shaver, Todd Shannon, Tyler Barker and Mike Carroll.
