Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. May 16 at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chester Shaw officiating.
He was born in Kennedy. A life-long resident of Lamar County, he worked as a night watchman and a security guard. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. He was preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Mattie Aldridge Livingston.
Survivors include his wife Ruby Stocks Livingston, Millport; sons Jerry (Sharon) Livingston, Reform, and Darrell Livingston, Ethelsville; sister Betty Jene Fondren, Greens-boro; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
