Felie Richard Funeral Rites Held Tuesday
Funeral services were held here at 11 a.m. Tuesday from St. Joseph Catholic church for Felie Richard, 86, of Morse, who died Monday in the American Legion hospital, Crowley, after a two weeks illness: Burial was in the church cemetery.
Mr. Richard had moved to Morse, from. Rayne eight years ago.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Onezia B. Richard of Morse; two sons, Joseph of Crowley and Louis Richard of Weimar, Tex.; a daughter, Mrs. Theonice Monceaux of Crowley; , three sisters, Mrs. Clerville Cormier of Duson, Mrs. Via Istre of Fannett, Tex., and Mrs. Byrd McCoy of Jennings; 17 grandchildren, and 40 great-grandchildren.
