Funeral Rites For Mrs. Richard Set For Today
Mrs. Alice Richard, 80, of Rayne died at 12 05 p. m. Wednesday at the Rayne Guest Home following a long illness.
She was the former Alice Leger.
Survivors include three sons, Nelson Richard and Gordy Richard both of Rayne and Numa Richard Jr of Scott; three stepsons, Willie Richard, Lenis Richard, and Odilon Richard, all of Rayne; four stepdaughters, Mrs. Anton Dearborne, Beaumont, Texas, Mrs. Agnes Tanner, Mrs. Adolph Petitjean, and Mrs. Cosude Monte, all of Rayne; two sisters, Mrs. Mentor Benoit, Lake Charles and Mrs. Andrew Falcon, Scott; and 50 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. today in St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Rayne with interment in the church cemetery.
