A. FALLWELL RITES HELD IN ARKANSAS
Funeral services for Ardean Fallwell, 63, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, were held Tuesday, January 11, at 1:30 p.m. in the Northside United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Billy J. Thomas, pastor and James G. Lumpkin, superintendent of the Arkansas District of the United Pentecostal Church, officiating.
Burial was in the Fort Smith Cemetery. Born April 19, 1919 in Hereford, his family moved to Friona in 1920 and he was reared here. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and was in the automobile body repair business in Friona. He moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1951 and operated a body repair shop until his retirement five years ago. He married June Tedford in 1946 in Friona. He died Sunday in Fort. Smith.
Survivors include his wife, June of the home; two daughters, Sandra Hampton and Marcia Veuleman, both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his mother, Dessie Fallwell of Fort Smith; two brothers, Artis Fallwell of Friona and Buck Fallwell of Granstville, Pa.; and six grandchildren.
