Mrs. James Foster, who died at 6:30 last Thursday evening enroute to a Freeport Hospital.
Mrs. Foster was born in Colfax July 24, 1890, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Leetch.
She married James Foster on Jan. 24, 1914.
She had taught in rural schools in Ogle and McLean counties for 35 years, the last few years, before retiring three years ago, at Pleasant Hill school east of Forreston.
Survivors include her husband; a sister, Mrs. Ralph Burtis, Hudson; and two brothers, James Leetch of Dixon and Robert Leetch of Bloomington.
