Mrs. Lucy M. Landon, widow of the
late Bennett Landon, of Danby, died
of pneumonia on Saturday evening at
the home of her grandson, Fred C.
Landon, in Johnson City. She was
born in 1837 in the town of Dryden
but had lived In Danby the greater
part of. her life. Surviving her
daughter, Mrs. Richard Gage, of Danby,
one son, Orville H. Landon, Of
Brookton, and seveval grandchildren
and great grandchildren.
The funeral will be held from the
residence of Nathan Hanford, 122
Lake avenue, this city, at 1:30 p.
m.. Wednesday. Burial will be at the
Quick Cemetery, Brooktori.
