Died in prison while serving 10 year sentence for conjoint robbery in the highjacking of J. Everett Jackson in June 1921. Co-conspirator was M. M. Patman aka Morgan Pat. (See attached newspaper articles)

According to 1910 U.S. Federal Census, Ike S. Luce, was living in Wall, Stephens County, Oklahoma with his wife, Rosa B. Luce, sons: Ira L. Luce (9), Edward C. Luce (8), Clarence L. Luce (6), Barney D. Luce (3), daughter: Ruth Luce (1) and brother, Nathan Luce (35). (See attached 1910 Census)
