Edda W. Willoughby of Browns Mills went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2010, at Samaritan Hospice of Mt. Holly. She was 71.

She was born in Stuttgart, Germany to Adolph and Walburga Fritz.

Edda married Freeman Willoughby II in Stuttgart in 1967, and has resided in Browns Mills since 1985.

She was formerly employed by Virtua Hospital, Mt. Holly in their housekeeping department.

Edda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother (Oma), great grandmother, and a true friend to all who knew her. She leaves her family with many cherished memories. She enjoyed spending time with her family, embroidery, crocheting, cooking, and trips to Atlantic City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman II in 2002, and her daughter, Deanna Felicijan in 2008.

She is survived by her sons, Freeman Willoughby III of Browns Mills, Hubert and Angie Fritz of Browns Mills, Alwin Etheridge of Pemberton, John and Petra Fritz of Germany, and Ronald Fritz also of Germany; her granddaughters, Sonya and Sara Fritz of Browns Mills, and Alicea Etheridge of Jamesburg; her great-granddaughter, Samera Lynn and many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Germany; two brothers-in-law, David and Edmund Willoughby of Massachussetts, and a son-in-law, Anthony Felicijan of Browns Mills.

Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home, 371 Lakehurst Road, Browns Mills. Funeral services will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veteran's Cemetery, Arneytown, N.J.
