Viola G. Adams, 77, formerly of 2000 James St., Syracuse , died Saturday at Loretto. She was a life resident of Syracuse. She was a graduate of Eastwood High School. Her husband, Chester, died previously. Survivors: A daughter, Lynette Hajduk of Dallas, Texas; three sons, Gary and Geoffrey, both of Syracuse , and Gregg of Asheville, N.C.; a brother, Albert Simaneau of Titusville, Fla.; three sisters, Lillian Rounds of Syracuse, Pearl Douglas of Apopka, Fla., and Elaine Rogers of Virginia; four grandchildren.
Services: Private. Burial, Woodlawn Mausoleum. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Gang Memorial Chapel, 104 Fordham Road, Syracuse.
