ANSON (RNS) -- Mrs. Glenn McKee, 71, died at 6:12 a.m. Monday in Hendrick Memorial Hospital in Abilene after a lengthy illness.

Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Hawley Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom Hiser, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hawley Cemetery under direction of Lawrence Funeral Home.

She was born Flora Smith April 11, 1899, in Indian Territory in Oklahoma. She moved with her family to Frijole in 1906 and grew up there. She married Glenn McKee in 1935 in Carlsbad, N.M. The couple moved to Hawley in 1944. She was a member of the Hawley Baptist Church.

Survivors are her husband; four sons, Henry W. Beall of Redstone Arsenal, Ala., Joe T. Beall of Albuquerque, N.M., C. Richard Beall of Peoria, Ariz., and William R. Beall of Aruba, Netherland Antilles; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Bert Rabb of Cisco; two brothers, Willis L. Smith of Carlsbad, N.M., and Joe T. Smith of Hawley; two sisters, Mrs. Earl Hill of Nogales, Ariz., and Mrs. Jack Taylor of Van Horn; and 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
