Survivors include four sons, Thomas H., John, Edwin and Mark Ainsworth, all of Ohio City; four daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Norma Jean) Bowen, Donna Ainsworth, Mrs. Leroy (Sue) Ernie and Mrs. Bill (Annie) Carr, all of Ohio City; a brother, Fred Ainsworth of Ohio City; two sisters, Mrs. Erma Thatcher of Ohio City and Mrs. Harry (Viola) Clay; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a daughter, two grandchildren, three brothers, Frank, Raymond and Dale Ainsworth; and a sister, Mrs. Donald (Oma) Holland.
