Emma Katherine Ausburne, infant daughter of Michael Ausburne and Cynthia Garlick of Martinsville, died April 25, 1997, in a Roanoke hospital. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gilbert Ausburne. Surviving are her paternal grandmother, Brenda Ausburne of Martinsville; her paternal great-grandmother, Helen Slayton of Martinsville; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Garlick of Henry, and one aunt, Amy Garlick-Tchourachev. Graveside services will be conducted at Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Henry. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount.
