Jeptha's wife was Sarah A. Younger, sister to Cole Younger. Duncan is a veteran of the Mexican and Civil War. He was a Major in the Confederate States Army, 6th Missouri Infantry. Film Number: M380 Roll 4.

The day I took Duncans family grave photo, I went and spoke with a man who worked in the cemetery office. After I told him who Duncan was, he said that was news to him. He said he would research the information and order a civil war stone and he did it.
