Funeral services for Mrs. Ella Green, 71, widow of J.Ed. Green who died at her home in Lockesburg,Tuesday, Jan. 8, will be held Thursday, Jan. 10 in the Lockesburg Methodist church by the Rev. E.N. Gillian. Burial will be under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home. A native of Sevier county, she was born Nov. 13, 1885 and was a member of the Methodist church. She is survived by one son, Bishop Green of Lockesburg; one daughter, Mrs. Ray Cornett, Garland, Tex.; four sisters, Misses Blanche and Charlotte Sapaugh, Dallas, Tex.; Mrs. Joseph Weiseger, Pueblo, Colo. and Mrs. Bob Howe, Oklahoma City, Okla.; two brothers, Claude and Earl Sapaugh, Los Angeles, Calif.; four grandchildren.
