CURTIS HEAROLD DANCY APR 5, 1943 - APR 21, 2010 Curtis Dancy, 67, of Tracy, passed away at home in the care of his loving family. Curtis was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved collecting, fishing, hunting, gold prospecting, and writing poems about the railroad. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to his family and friends. Curtis was born in Cirtsville, WV; a resident of Tracy, CA, for 51 years, served in the U.S. Air Force, 20 years as a brakeman/ conductor for Southern Pacific Railroad, and a member of the San Joaquin River Club. Curtis is survived by his wife Kay of 47 years; daughter Kristine & Christian Pierce of Modesto; son Scott & Carol Dancy of Manteca; son David and Jennifer Dancy of Modesto; grandchildren Cody, Ashley, Ryan, Amy, Brent, Robert, Laura; great-grandchildren Kayla, Emily, Robert, Erin, Gabe; sister Rejeania Flannery of Ohio; brother Frank Dancy of Manteca. He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Kenova Dancy.
