MRS. SARAH ANN CHARLTON PASSES AWAY

Sarah Ann Bradley Charlton was born March 21, 1862 in Hickory County, Mo. She was united in marriage to J.A. Charlton, June 13, 1880. To this union was born ten children.
Her husband and three children preceded her in death. She joined the Baptist Church early in life and was a devoted christian, a true friend and neighbor to all who knew her.
She departed this life July 15, 1943 at her home in Minco, Okla., at the age of 81 years, 3 months and 25 days. She leaves to mourn her departure three sons and two daughters; Oliver and Edd of San Francisco, Calif.; Mrs. Belle Mitchum, Mrs. Minnie Humphrey and Ray all of Minco, and Julian R. Hardcastle a grandson, whom she raised from infancy and is now stationed in the U.S. Navy at Norfolk, Va.; 27 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
Rev. Woods of Union City was in charge of funeral services and the Quayle funeral home in charge of burial arrangements. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Minco.
