Survived by three sisters; Nancy (Pat) Grimes, Karen (Ed) Spangler, and Paula (Carl) Parrott; one brother Rev. Dan (Sharon) Hayes. Nieces and nephews, Shannon & Tim Cleveland, Jeff Spangler, Dawn Anglin, Buddy, Cindy and Jeremy Parrott, Matthew, Steven and Justin Hayes.
Mr. Hayes attended Greenville United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 1996 at Greenville United Methodist Church with Rev. Dan Hayes and Rev. John Meadors officiating. Interment at Forrest Lawn Memorial Gardens Goodlettsville/Nashville, Tennessee.Nephews: Tim Cleveland, Matthew, Steven, and Justin Hayes, Buddy and Jeremy Parrott, and Jeffrey Spangler will serve as Pallbearers.
