Clara Elaine Hammond Cunningham , 58, of 412 Azelea Drive , Anderson, S.C. departed this life on Tuesday , December 21, 2010. She was born in Anderson County . She was the daughter of the late Alvin and Mary Nell Hammond. She is survived by her husband , Clarence Cunningham of Greenville,S.C. ; children , Clarrisa (Clarence) Sullivan, Clarinda , Tevida , Crystal and Clarence ( Rhonda) Cunnigham all of Anderson, S.C. ;silblings , Teresia Hammond Gambrell , Lionell , Lawrence Alvin Hammond all of Anderson, S.C.; 15 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents , Lawernce ,Sr. and Lillie Mae Hammond ; brothers,Clayton and Tyrone C.Hammond and a grandson , Shamarie Cunningham.
Services will be held on Tuesday , December 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Wison Calvary Baptist Church , Anderson, S.C. Interment will follow in the Anderson Memorial Gardens . The body will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m. THE UNITY MORTUARY OF ANDERSON is in charge of arrangements . The family is 208 Loblolly Drive , Anderson, S.C.
