Howard R. Anderson, 68, died Sunday at his residence after a long illness.
A native of Selma, he was a lifelong resident of this area. He served in the Army during the Korean War and retired from Delco Battery. He was a member of Moose Lodge 33, Eagles Lodge 231 and American Legion Post 19.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Gertrude Anderson; and several brothers and sisters.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Parson Mortuary. Burial will be in the Gardens of Memory, north of Muncie. Calling will be 4-8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
