Survived by two daughters, Camille Foil Piccinati and Frances Foil Lee, both of Bogalusa; a son, David L. Foil, Alexandria; a sister, Ruth Burnett Fonda, Freeport, Texas; a son-in-law, J. J. Piccinati, Bogalusa; a daughter-in-law, Mary Lynch Foil, Alexandria; four grandchildren, Janet Piccinati Landry, Hattiesburg, Miss., David L. Foil Jr., Baton Rouge, Susan Lee Shivers, Grand Prairie, Texas, and Rev. Nancy E. Foil, Waldwick, N.J.; and two great-grandchildren, Christian and Briant Landry, btoh of Hattiesburg.
Preceded in death by husband, L. B. Foil, a past district governor of Rotary International District 684.
She was active in the Southern Baptist faith and a longtime member of Superior Avenue Baptist Church, Bogalusa.
