TWIN CALVES WEIGH 126
Record in weight and size said to
have been broken for Guernseys.

A Guernsey cow belonging to
David Tautfest 194 East Eighteenth
Street North, has given birth to twin
calves which Mr. Tautfest says are
record breakers for size.
The two calves born Tuesday, were weighed
by Mr. Tautfest and together tipped the
scales at 126 pounds.
The owner of the animals says that the
ordinary calf of that breed weighs only
about 30 or 35 pounds. In addition to
being of large size, the two calves are
said to be well devoloped in every way.
The mother cow is above the ordinary size.
