Mrs. Elizabeth Adelina Morris, 90 years old, died at 4:30 o'clock Friday afternoon in her home at 1717 Iowa avenue after a six month illness.
Born in Van Buren, Ark., she had lived in Joplin 50 years, moving from Mulgrove (Muldrow), Okla. She was formerly married to the late James T. Brotherton of Joplin.
Mrs. Morris was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Juanita Hendricks Ball (Baugh), of the home; a son, Floyd Nichols, 828 Empire avenue, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements will be under direction of Mason chapel.
