George A. Dasdorf Sr., 72, a retired HVAC repairman, was a member of Steamfitters Local 449. He serviced units for more than 50 years for such firms as Reick-McJunkin Dairy, Allegheny Air Conditioning, Inc. and Giant Eagle Food Markets until his retirement in 1974. He was active in Masonic affairs, and was a member of Trinity Lodge 736, F. and A.M., the Syria Shrine, Tall Cedars Forest No. 138, Shiloh Royal ARch Chapter 257, and Tancred Commandery No. 48.
