William Roberson Anderson, 90, retired farmer of Cookeville Rt. 3, died Wednesday at his home following a long illness.
Funeral services were Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Anderson home with Robert Fox officiating. Burial was in Crest Lawn Cemetery.
He was a native of Jackson County, son of Miles and Elvira Mayberry Anderson. He was a member of the Chruch of Christ.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Rebecca Dora Anderson; 2 sons, Leonard Anderson of Gainesboro, Rt. 3, Thurman Anderson of Cookeville; 2 daughters, Arlona Anderson, Mrs. Luna Cooper, both of Rt. 3, Cookeville; brother, Acy Anderson of Cookeville; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
