They were
married 16 Feb 1910, in Barbour County, AL.

M. A.' s data on findagrave did not include his date of death. I found that in
"AL, Deaths and Burials Index, 1881 - 1974".

The transcribed death certificate reads: M ALLIE TURNER; born abt
1870;
died 25 Dec 1930; at White Oak, Barbour, AL; age 60;
married; father, Alexander Turner; mother,
Charlotte Carlton; spouse, Lema Turner; FHL Film # 1908483.

They are the only Turners buried in Mount Serene listed by FAG, but I also
learned from "Alabama, Deaths and Burials Index, 1881 -1974" that
the M. A. Turners lost a baby son in 1920, ALEX TURNER; born
1920; died 22 Dec 1920; buried in Mt. Seini (Serene)
Cemetery; less than 1 year of age. That grave is likely unmarked.

Malcolm Turner's mother, Charlotte, was living in Barbour County, Alabama, when the 1870 U.S. Census was taking, so there is an excellent chance that he was born there.
