JOSEPH LUMBLO TAKEN BY DEATH
Deceased Was Born In First House To Be Erected In City
Joseph Lumblo died early today at the residence, 131 East Cotton street, after a brief illness. Mr. Lumblo was born in Fond du Lac Feb. 27, 1864 in the first house built in the city. He was a charter member of the Catholic Order of Foresters court No. 26, also a charter member of E. F. U. of this city. He had been employed at the Soo Line shops for the last 28 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Olive of West Bend, and Mrs. George Ballwanz of this city, three sons, Francis and Edward of this city and Walter of Los Angeles, Calif., three sisters, Mrs. William Kahler of West Palm Beach, Fla., Mrs. Maurice Kahler of Rochelle, Ill., and Mrs. George Reinhardt of Williams, Ariz.
The body was removed at 4 p. m. to the Zacherl Funeral home and was taken to the residence today. Funeral services will be held from the residence at 8:30 a. m. Thursday and from St. Louis church at 9 a. m. The Rev. Julian Racette will officiate. Burial will be in Rienzi cemetery.
