PERRY FRANKLIN THOMAS

Perry Franklin Thomas was born August 1, 1883 at North Salem Missouri and departed this life in a Chickasha hospital November 18, 1960 at the age of 77 years, 3 months and 18 days. He moved to Scott, Oklahoma in 1905 where he lived until 1918 when he moved to the Hazel Dell community.
He was united in marriage to Ora Mae Baker in Sept. 1905. To this union was born four daughters. His wife preceded him in death in 1928.
Survivors are his three daughter, Mrs. Ethel Curtis, Minco; Mrs. Jessie Gifford, Klamath Falls, Ore. ; Mrs. Virginia Maguire, San Francisco, Calif.; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. Other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services were at the Reynolds Funeral Home Saturday November 19 at 2 p.m. Rev. J.J. McDaniel officiating.
Mrs. Bob Denny and Mrs. Troy McKelvey with Mrs. McKelvey at the piano sang "Old Rugged Cross". And Beautiful Isle".
Pall bears were Dudley Horn, Martin Rowe, Fritz Wakefield, Sam Chester, Howard Gabehart and Earl Halverson.
Interment was in Hazel Dell cemetery under the direction of Reynolds Funeral Home.
