Phyllis owned the Manor Home in Millcreek Township, retiring in 1990. She graduated from Academy High School. She was a member of the Zonta chapter for the American Business Women's Association, where she was named Business Woman of the Year for 1985. She was also a member of the Sweet Adelines Singing Association and St. George Catholic Church and its Rosary Society.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Silvio J. Mannarino; two daughters, Sharon Gerrety and her husband, Mark, and Laurie Guild and her husband, Steven, all of Erie; a son, Mark A. Mannarino and his wife, Gretchen, of Erie; two sisters, Justine Burger and Rosaline Bednarowicz, both of Erie; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private at Calvary Cemetery.
