Mrs. Middlebrooks was born in Newton County, GA and moved to Stone Mountain in 1952, where she resided until moving to Eastman in 1988. She is of the Holiness Faith, a Homemaker, Daughter of the late Fannie A. Stokes Casteel & Barney Osbourne Casteel and Widow of the Late Isaac Samuel Middlebrooks. She was preceded in death by a Son – David Odell Middlebrooks.
Survivors: 3 Daughters – Nellie Jack "Jackie" Hart (J. B.), Ellen Jane "Janie" Wooley (Phillip) & Susan Murrell; 3 Sons – James Samuel Middlebrooks (Carolyn), Robert William Middlebrooks (Patsy) & Dr. Monroe C. Middlebrooks (Billie Ann); 19 Grandchildren; 25 Great-Grandchildren & 8 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
