Frank J. Keeler of Springfield died at 5 o'clock Tuesday morning at the Wabash hospital. His death was caused by uremic poisoning. His condition had been serious only six days. He was sixty one years old.
He had been in the employ of the Wabash for the past twenty eight years. He worked as a conductor for a long time but had been a tower man at Springfield.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Keeler and the following children, Albert G. Keeler of Chehalis, Wash., Sidney J. Keeler of Peoria, Miss Nell L. Keeler of Jacksonville and Miss Alice M. Keeler of Springfield. The wife has been visiting her son Albert in Chehalis, Wash. and she and the son, Albert are on their way to Decatur having been summoned when the condition of Mr. Keeler became serious. Other relatives are already here and are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Baldwin on Graceland ave.
