MRS JACOB C. ALBERT
Mrs. Rebecca Day Albert, widow of Jacob L. Albert, died Sunday evening at her home in Mechanicsburg. She was aged about 65 years. Mrs. Albert was an invalid for a number of years but with assistance was able to be around in her room, until Saturday evening when she rapidly grew weaker until her death which too place Sunday evening about five o'clock.
She is survived by a son Lloyd Albert, of Chambersburg, and a daughter, Miss Ada Albert, at home. Mrs. Albert was born near Gettysburg, where she lived until her marriage, when she went to Mechanicsburg with her husband where she lived since with the exception of a few years spent in Chambersburg
Mrs. Albert taught in the public schools of Adams County prior to her husband's death and conducted a very successful kindergarten in Mechanicsburg. (Gettysburg Times)
