Martha Ann Babb age 89, of Canton, passed away Monday afternoon. She was born March 16, 1920 in Du Bois, PA., daughter to the late John S. and Alice M. (Boring) McCall. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Babb; sisters, Lucille Sanberg, Dorothy Colvin, Josephine Gruber and Ruth Everett; and a brother, Jessie McCall.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia (Charles) Heckman of Canton; son, Jon (Andrea Kay) Shannon of Tucson, AZ; six grandchildren; eight great - grandchildren' and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
