Louisa Jane[McComb] Perrin/Moore first married Samuel Madison Perrin Sr.(1825-1856)the son of Samuel Perrin(1784-1842) and Martha Catherine [Blanks](1787-1855).They were married in 1852 Hempstead County, Arkansas.To this union was born one son,Samuel Madison Perrin Jr.(1854-1902).

Note::Samuel Jr. married first Sarah Ann [Pepper](1853-1900)after Sarah's passing he married Sophia Catherine [Shults] Joplin/Perrrin(1853-1953) on Jan. 19,1902.Just 9 months after their marriage Samuel Jr. passed away.

There were three McComb sisters who married Perrin brothers.Elizabeth married Josephus Perrin,Mary Polly married Willis Perrin and Louisa Jane married Samuel Perrin.After the death of Louisa's husband and the death of Louisa's sister Elizabeth, an 1860 census finds Louisa,her mother Elizabeth[Gross] and Samuel living with Josephus and two of his sons, William and Matthew.The census has Louisa as McComb,Matthew as Martha and Samuel and William listed as 7 yrs. old and this makes everyone think that Samuel and William were twins,this is not so.

**In 1862,Sevier County Arkansas, Louisa Jane with one young son, married Cornelius B. Moore ,who had two young children Clement Wesley and Sarah Isabell.To this union were born seven children with three of them being triplets.A family story said that,when they were born,the triplets would fit in a shoebox.At this time all of their children have been linked to them except one triplet, Mary Frances(May 22,1864-??)


***Note: There are family trees in ancestry that has her name as Louisa Jane and some Cathernie Jane.The 1850 census has her name as Louisa J McComb and she ,her sister Elizabeth and mother Elizabeth are living with Louisa's brother John J. McComb,his wife and children.The 1870 census has Louisa's name as Eliza Jane.The 1900 census has her name as Louisa J Moore.Her father's will, in his own hand writting,states "My youngest child Louisa Jane".I have added her father's will to the photo section.I asked Lela Koch,who created this memorial,about the name Louisa or Catherine,she stated to me "I posted the Cloudy cemetery from a recorded list of known burials.Louise was listed but there was no Catherine." Now this burial info is not proof she is buried there,because the Cloudy Cemetery list shows only the name, L J Moore with the birth and death dates.As to her name Louisa Jane VS Cathernie Jane,there is documented proof,so far, in the census and her father's will as to the name of Louisa Jane.
