Perry was born August 13, 1925 in Steubenville, Ohio, son of the late Cosimo Daloisi and Nunziata D'Aurora Daloisi. Perry was united in marriage to Frances Caroline Tackett Daloisi who survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Lucy Holdinsky of Mingo Junction, Ohio, Mary Daloisi of Steubenville, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, a sister, Jane Sawon preceded Perry in death. Perry was a 1952 graduate of Franciscan University in Steubenville with a degree in Chemistry. He was employed by Batelle in Columbus, Ohio for two years before retiring from Lockheed Martin in Piketon, Ohio after 40 years of service as a Chemist. Perry was a Emeritus member of American Chemist Society, a WWII U.S. Navy veteran and a member of St. Mary Queen of the Missions Catholic Church in Waverly.
