The remains of the late John B. Harvey, aged 26 year, son of Dr. Harvey of Decatur, who was run down and killed in Chicago Friday night, now occupy a grave in Greenwood cemetery this city, and Michael J. White, who caused the death, of the young man, occupies a cell in the Chicago Jail, to be charged with murder.

J. B. Harvey, a clerk in the Truax surgical implement store, 75 Wabash avenue, and who boards at 237 Ontario street, was probably fatally injured last evening by being run over by one of John Sexton's grocery wagons at Michigan and North State streets. He was knocked down. The driver whipped his horse into a run and escaped

At St. Luke's hospital it was found that Harvey's skull is fractured.

John B. Harvey died about 7 o'clock yesterday morning from the effects of the accident. He was a son of Dr. and Mrs. J. G. Harvey of this city and was about 26 years of age. Dr. and Mrs. Harvey and Daniel Dunbur went to Chicago yesterday morning. No particulars of the accident, further than those given above, could be obtained. The body will probably be brought to this city this morning.
