Bonnie Jean Fulton Decker was born, April 16, 1958 in the Zula community of Wayne County, the daughter of the late Delmer Fulton and Bonnie Hicks Fulton Taylor who survives. She departed this life suddenly, Sunday afternoon, December 12th, in the Emergency Room of the Wayne County Hospital.On December 22, 1976 she united in marriage with Wayland Milton Decker who survives. To this union two daughters survive; Chastity Dean and Rashawna Brown.Also surviving are six grandchildren: Joel Young; MacKenzie Young; Callie Dean; Kali Bell; Kaylee Brown and Dakota Brown: her sister Robbie Bertram and brothers Jesse and Bobby Fulton.Her infant sister, Betty Irene Fulton, precedes her in death.Bonnie began working at the Golden Years Nursing Home as a young lady. She later became a Licensed Nurse gave 31 years of service to the patients of Golden Years.She had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Elk Spring Valley Baptist Church.

Bonnie Jean Fulton Decker was born, April 16, 1958 in the Zula community of Wayne County, the daughter of the late Delmer Fulton and Bonnie Hicks Fulton Taylor who survives. She departed this life suddenly, Sunday, December 12, at her home.

On December 22, 1976 she united in marriage with Wayland Milton Decker who survives. To this union two daughters survive-Chastity Dean and Rashawna Brown.

Also surviving are six grandchildren-Joel Young, MacKenzie Young, Callie Dean, Kali Bell, Kaylee Brown and Dakota Brown; her sister-Robbie Bertram and brothers-Jesse and Bobby Fulton.

Her infant sister-Betty Irene Fulton, precedes her in death.

She began working at the Golden Years Nursing Home as a young lady. She later became a Licensed Nurse who gave 31 years of service to the patients of Golden Years.

She had accepted Christ as her Savior and was a member of the Elk Spring Valley Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jimmy Decker officiating. Burial was in the Barrier Cemetery.
