DEATH: CROOKSVILLE -- Genevieve Bernice "Jenny" Roush, 85, of Cedar Hill Nursing Home, formerly of Crooksville, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 2004 at Genesis Morrison House after an extended illness.
She was born June 27, 1919 at Crooksville and was a former employee of Crooksville China and operated "Jenny's Beauty Shop" in Crooksville. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Crooksville.
She is survived by cousins, Randall Longstreth of South Zanesville and Burnette Mills of Akron; and a stepson, Bill Roush.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor F. Roush, who died Dec. 5, 1978; parents Bill and Mary Grove Kuhn; sister Betty Strate; and brother Marshall Kuhn.
Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, 2004 at the Goebel Funeral Home, Crooksville. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Nancy Raypholtz officiating. Burial will follow in the Grandview Cemetery at Bremen.
