--Rites for Adrian Clingenpeel, 46, route 2, Greentown, who died Wednesday night at the Miami Nursing Home here, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Plevna Dunkard Brethren church. The Rev. Forest Hostetler will officiate and burial will be in the Kendall cemetery.
--A retired carpenter, he was a lifetime resident of the Amboy and Plenva communities and was a member of the Pipe Creek Church of the Brethren.
--Born Dec. 9, 1909, in Howard county, to Arthur and Lydia (Smoker) Clingenpeel, he was married Aug. 31, 1935, to Esther Klepinger, who survives.
--He also leaves a son, LaVerne, at home; his parents, also of route 2, Greentown; a sister, Mrs. Jacob Lorenz, route 4, Peru; and two brothers, Leon of Fort Wayne and Ermon of Laketon.
--Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the Laird mortuary.
