Asa "Ace" Crouch was a farmer all his life. He married Hattie Lee Close in 19 . Hattie was born in Ky, but came to Texas with her family in 1900 and settled near Aubrey. During his married life and until his death he and Hattie lived on a farm in Denton Co. where their children also built their homes.
