Edward graduated from Norman Public School in 1937. He farmed and raised purebred cattle in Webster County, near Bladen, Nebraska until his retirement in 1992. After the death of his cousin, Ruth, he moved to Blue Hill and lived there until 2003, when he moved to The Villa, Good Samaritan Village, in Hastings, Nebraska. Edward loved to travel. He enjoyed seeing new country and meeting new people.
Edward was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Helen Frahm, brothers, LaVern & Boyd Needham and brother-in-law, Buster Frahm.
