First Presbyterian Church. Mr. Scott is survived by one son, David H. Scott, Jr. and his wife, Christina of Belair, Maryland; four daughters, Sally Walling and her husband, Larry of Littleton, Colorado, Pat Nance and her husband, Jim of Olathe, Kansas, Laurie DuBose and her husband, Jim of Staunton, Virginia, and Jeanne Merritt and her husband, Lynn of Independence, Kansas; and fifteen grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor on October 22, 1992. He was also preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and one sister. Visitation hours for David H. Scott, Sr. will be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday with the family receiving friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Webb & Rodrick Funeral Home. The family may be contacted at the residence of Mr. Scott. Graveside services for David H. Scott, Sr. will be held at 12:00 p.m.,
Saturday, November 10, 2001 at the Mount Hope Cemetery. Reverend James Ayers, Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Independence will officiate.
