DEATH OF MISS MAY BIERLY:
The death of a bright and estimable young lady of lovely character occurred Sunday morning March 3 when Miss may Bierly aged 16 years, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Herbert Torrence Bierly answered the silent summons and passed into the great beyond following an attack of pneumonia. The young lady had been sick only a few days and her death was a great shock to her family and friends. Deceased was a pupil of the intermediate school and was an active member of the Lutheran Sunday School. She will be missed in the family circle as an industrious, obedient daughter and her school mates have lost an amiable companion and kind friend. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday morning in the Lutheran Church with interment in that cemetery.
