Mrs. Bryan died Friday, April 24, 1987, in Mansfield following a lengthy illness. She was a prominent citizen of Logansport where she served the First Baptist Church, W.M.U., and many civic organizations. She was also a retired school teacher with 40 years of service.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Nancy Durham of Natchitoches, Mrs. Fern Bardin of Oak Grove, Mrs. Delaney Long of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Dwight M. Brown, Herbert J. Brown, both of Shreveport and five step-children. She was preceded in death by one brother, Lowell Brown, of Mansfield.
