Aubrey Lewis McKinstry is the only child of the union under discussion that is now deceased. He lived but 31 years. Early in life he worked in the Drug store of Hobson and McKinstry in Somerville, the said McKinstry being his uncle. He worked for quite a while in the largest store in the county, that of M. Skaller. He first took to music of the boys, playing the violin. Attractive in personality, he made friends easily. He died of T.B. in his sister's home in Somerville and lies in Sardis Cemetery. He accepted the Lord on his death bed. His middle name comes from the married surname of his material great aunt, she being originally Frances Jane Waller. I do not know the origin of his first name.

(written circa 1952)

Name of the sister is Corrie Lee Gavin. His sister Alma was still at home.
