Charles Elliot "Ellie" Davis-Age 66 years of 91 fort Mason Village, Masontown, PA. died on June 30, 1976 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was a member of UMWA Robena Local No. 6321. His wife Mildred Whetzel Davis survived him along with his four children and ten grandchildren and the following brothers and sister, Fred Waynesburg, Pa., Clyde, Lambert, Pa., David, Morgantown, W. Va. and Olive, Richeyville, Wash. Co.,PA. The family recieved friends in the Yoney Funeral Home in Masontown. Interment Masontown Cemetery.
Charles's parents were Charles Lee and Rachel Bane Davis they preceeded him in death along with a sister Flo Mariah Davis Whetzel..wife of Averill Andrew Whetzel whom was the brother to Mildred.
Charles was married to Anna Sarver whom the children from this marriage were David H., Clyde and Olivette. He then married Rachel Bane and from this marriage were Fred, Charles and Flo.
