GENEVA Elizabeth FOOTE was born in Browntown, VA and raised in Front Royal, VA, the daughter of Charles and Lula Manuel Miller (Wines). She was a graduate of Warren County High School Class of 1934. She married James Alton Foote on December 21, 1945 and spent her married life in Oxon Hill, MD raising their three children, Jimmy, Victor, and Susan. She made her home during recent years at Greenfield of Stafford Assisted Living in Stafford, VA. Beside her parents and husband, she is predeceased by four siblings: Mafie Miller Updike, Elwood Miller , Hilbert Lee Miller, and Mildred Miller Denny.
