Julius Lee "Two Nank" Armstrong, Jr., age 71, passed on Sunday, February 22, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents; Julius and Eula Bell Ladd Armstrong, his devoted wife; Lelia "Plut" Patrick Armstrong, devoted son; Reginald B. Armstrong, Sr., and sister; Martha A. Armstrong. He leaves to cherish his memories, two devoted daughters; Valerie L. Armstrong and Masselyn (Gerard) Rawls, two devoted sons; Julius L. (Cora) Armstrong, III, and Patrick B. (Thea) Armstrong, daughter-in-law; Viola Armstrong, all of Mobile, AL, one devoted brother; Louis Armstrong, six devoted sisters; Barbara A. (Albert) Bunn, Eula A. (Robert) Howze, Delouise (John) Cade, Tyra A. (Alvin) West, Sr., Mattie L. (Reginald Sr.) Sullivan, and Jennifer Elaine Armstrong, three grandchildren; Julius Armstrong, IV, Reginald B. Armstrong, Jr., and Victoria M. Armstrong, three devoted sisters-in-law, Lillie Mae Patrick, Carolyn Renee Bennett, and Bernadette Anite Reed, one brother-in-law; Walter Patrick, Jr., and life long friends; Mr. & Mrs. Charles Barron and Mr. & Mrs. Henry Clarke and family, devoted Charles "Chipper" Sellers, III, devoted deacon; Rico Adams, and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral hour at Faith Challengers Ministries, 5420 St. Stephens Rd. Honorable Rex King, officiating. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery. Arrangements by Johnson-Allen Mortuary, Mobile, Alabama
