ALTON TELEGRAPH (Alton, IL), Tuesday, July 6, 1976:

Mrs. Belle Oliver, 57, of 106 McCasland Ave., East Alton, died at 4 p.m. Saturday at Wood River Township Hospital after an illness of two months.

She was a minister at the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Wood River.

She married Willard J. Oliver Dec. 14, 1974 in Wood River.

Her first husband, Michael James Kopsie, died Feb. 11, 1974. She married Willard J. Oliver Dec. 14, 1974. He survives.

Also surviving are her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Hamby of Cottage Hills; a son, Charles L. Brunk of Milwaukee, Wis.; a step-daughter, Mrs. Elaine Boyer of Bethalto; four step-sons, Michael Kopsie of Alton, James Kopsie of Cottage Hills, Richard Kopsie of Alton, and Ronnie Kopsie of San Diego, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

Her surviving brothers and sisters are Bill Hamby of Brighton; Barney Hamby of Alton; Jim and Monroe Hamby, both of Bethalto; Mrs. Wilma Burcham of Wood River; Mrs. Ethel Bricker, Mrs. Marie Metz and Mrs. Lucille Harley, all of Cottage Hills.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home in Alton.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. H. T. Gillison officiating.

Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens.
